As a critical advisor to hiring managers and Individuals teams, you'll play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving the end-to-end hiring process for internal and external candidates. If you're a seasoned talent acquisition expert with a passion for Corporate Money recruiting, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * As a critical counselor to hiring managers and Individuals teams, you'll provide guidance on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation, offering industry trends, compensation practices, and market movement insights, and sharing techniques and best practices related to the Talent Acquisition process. * You'll manage the overall hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers to learn position requirements and preferences to create and suggest effective recruitment and sourcing strategies. * You'll introduce qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews; gather feedback on candidate quality and final hiring decisions; work with the proposal cycle and deal talks; and communicate candidate selection to hiring managers, Individuals Partners, and other key stakeholders. * You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives. * You'll analyze data and metrics to inform talent acquisition decisions and optimize the hiring process. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related field. * Proven track record of identifying and engaging qualified talent. * Strong understanding of using data to inform hiring decisions and drive talent acquisition strategies. * Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders. * Familiarity with Corporate Money recruiting and talent acquisition best practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field. * 6+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related field. * Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI). * Experience with talent management systems and applicant tracking software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insights. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Proven ability to analyze data and drive insights to inform talent acquisition decisions. * Experience with talent management systems and applicant tracking software. * Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive training program to support your career growth and development. * Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals. * Access to industry-leading talent management systems and tools. * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer – By Choice.
