**Experienced Clinical Support Specialist – Healthcare Operations and Pharmacy Development**

As a key member of our healthcare operations team, the Clinical Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality and patient satisfaction across our retail pharmacy network. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and support to our retail pharmacy operations, including resolving clinical correspondence, managing patient complaints, and overseeing the implementation of clinical quality initiatives. You will also work closely with our pharmacy leaders to develop and execute business plans, drive pharmacy growth, and improve patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Fields and resolves clinical correspondence raised from stores, including clinical quality issues and patient complaints * Oversees stage one and stage two of the Means approach for raised clinical quality issues * Serves as the clinical expert for Retail, responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to pharmacy leaders * Develops and maintains relationships with existing healthcare systems and emergency departments, as coordinated by the Regional Healthcare Director * Ensures the execution of arenaflex's pharmacy health and wellness programs and corporate initiatives through targeted store visits and training of Regional Supervisors * Collaborates with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Operations to develop and execute business plans, drive pharmacy growth, and improve patient outcomes * Oversees the execution of region through measurements and reports, utilizing feedback from Regional Supervisors to target specific stores * Attends events that enhance local healthcare and wellness connections * Works with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Operations to review regional healthcare financials and KPIs to inform business planning and strategy **Business Planning and Execution:** * Collaborates with the Chief Retail and Pharmacy Operations to develop and execute business plans, drive pharmacy growth, and improve patient outcomes * Provides input to the Chief Pharmacy and Retail Operations on key business needs to inform regional plans * Provides feedback to the Director of Pharmacy and Retail Operations on healthcare financials and KPIs to inform business planning and strategy **Individuals and Performance Management:** * Develops, maintains, and oversees relationships with local schools, universities, and professional associations * Possesses and develops the pharmacy leader talent pipeline, setting the recruitment process, identifying and developing high-potential pharmacy directors, and managing Execution Improvement Plans for Pharmacists * Provides input to the Chief Pharmacy and Retail Operations on Regional Supervisor performance reviews * Responsible for overall pharmacy engagement, focusing on training and developing Regional Directors to enable the execution of pharmacy responsibilities * Ensures compliance with all corporate policies, relevant business regulations, and is consistently fair in the treatment of all colleagues * Holds monthly touchpoints with Regional Directors on STARS reports, ensuring compliance on clinical quality-related events, including training, education, and goal-setting * Holds regular touchpoints and development discussions with Health Results Pharmacists and Pharmacy Schedulers * Responsible for pharmacist scheduling, finance management, and cost control **Training and Professional Development:** * Participates in training and supports training initiatives as necessary **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Professional development opportunities, including training and education **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced healthcare professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
