Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our subscribers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging your expertise to resolve customer inquiries, manage and overcome objections, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
