We're passionate about helping Personal Brands achieve their goals and build lasting relationships with their customers. **The Role** As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be part of our highly skilled client success team, working closely with our clients to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs for one of our clients, a Business Coach, by speaking as them on their social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * Start new conversations with potential clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms * Follow up with existing leads to close sales and build strong relationships with clients * Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience to increase brand awareness and drive sales * Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting performance targets * Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies * Participate in daily communication and management tasks to ensure seamless team operations **Essential Qualifications** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Strong interest in sales and marketing * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in sales or marketing * Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong English language skills (C1-C2 level) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential * Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
