As we continue to grow and innovate, we're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and contribute to our mission. **About the Role** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our databases. You'll work remotely, providing administrative support as needed, and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless operations. If you're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Obtain all necessary supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents. * Respond promptly to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. * Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring accuracy. * Collaborate with internal clients to clarify and resolve issues, maintaining confidentiality and protecting operations. * Organize file documents according to our naming protocols, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage. * Calculate income and surplus income obligations, adhering to relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions. * Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. * Create all required documents for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver (OR). * Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend, our internal software. * Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. * Liaise with external clients to clarify or resolve outstanding documents, ensuring timely resolution. * Perform electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals. * Other tasks may be assigned as necessary to support the team and achieve our goals. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills. * Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset, but not required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others, with good interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** * Flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. * Vacation and wellness days, ensuring you have time to recharge and focus on your well-being. * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan, to support your physical and mental health. * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources, providing support and guidance when needed. * Company matching retirement savings plan, helping you plan for your future. * Financial support for professional development, enabling you to grow and advance in your career. * Annual company events, fostering a sense of community and connection with your colleagues. * Exclusive access to perks and discounts, enhancing your overall work experience. **Our Culture at arenaflex** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace that reflects the values of our clients and employees.
