**Experienced Overnight Customer Support Specialist – Pet Insurance Industry Leader**

We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our arenaflex family, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing exceptional support to our members when they need it most. If you're a people person with a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Schedule and Work Environment** This is a full-time, remote position that requires working a standard 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, including full weekends without rotation. Your shifts will range from 6:00 PM Pacific Time to 6:00 AM Pacific Time. The first seven weeks of training will require you to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM Pacific Time to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. We're open to candidates from the United States, excluding Georgia and Florida, unless you hold an active Property & Casualty license. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling sensitive situations with empathy and care, exemplifying arenaflex values * Utilizing multiple systems to support our members, including our proprietary software and other tools * Adapting quickly to changes in responsibility, processes, and workflow in an ever-changing environment * Providing legendary member service in a high-volume contact center, efficiently managing time to meet our high standards * Making genuine connections with our members, adapting your communication style to best serve their needs * Problem-solving and thinking creatively to find solutions that meet our members' needs **Experience and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1 year of experience working an overnight shift * 2+ years of experience in a member-facing role, such as customer service or support * Experience using and learning complex computer systems, including our proprietary software * Work-from-home experience is a plus, but not required * Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus, but not required * Property and Casualty licensing is a plus, but not required.
