Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and ML solutions that drive business value Design, code, test, and deploy models using AI, deep learning, and other related technologies to analyze data from equipment and software systems Work closely with stakeholders to integrate purchased solutions and support the implementation of systems into production Develop and maintain documentation of processes, models, and results Participate in the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines and architectures Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in AI with domain knowledge and experience in data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction, and analysis, and supervised learning 2+ years of experience in a programming language such as Python, R, SQL, etc. 2+ years of experience in data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience handling data from multiple sources and through large data platforms (such as GCP, AWS, etc.) Experience building scalable AI models and solutions Experience developing and deploying statistical models, AI algorithms, or other customized solutions that demonstrate significant impact in solving complex business problems Experience optimizing existing data pipelines by investigating unstructured data sources and designing new features Ability to offer technical support and expertise to the broader team Graduate degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent working experience Knowledge of AI, data mining, statistics, applied science, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
