About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Customer Service Innovation team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our customer support operations. Key Responsibilities Provide product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools, working closely with our third-party solution providers. Help define strategy, capture requirements, clarify prioritization, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap for our customer service innovation initiatives. Collaborate with every CS functional team to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the most effective solutions together. Manage integrations and adoption of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data scientist teams, as well as third-party solution providers or consulting firms. Embrace differences in support expectations in various regions worldwide and design experiences accordingly. Extend product management responsibility to other tools as business needs arise. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products, with a proven track record of delivering projects that quantifiably improved customer and specialist experiences. Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment, with a deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and specialist experience. Organizational leadership and influence without authority, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally. Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead designers and engineers to achieve common goals. Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether third-party or in-house built, is highly desirable. Experience focusing on Customer Service, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space, is also beneficial. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge: Experience working on global products, with a deep understanding of the cultural and regional nuances that impact customer expectations and behavior. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
