Member Experience Program Consultant

Job Description: • Build relationships with provider offices to coordinate and execute wellness events • Engage multiple partners (providers, vendors, Member Outreach, Transportation) • Drive gap‑closure success through event planning, member attendance efforts, and follow‑up reporting • Monitoring health education programs trending and analysis of findings and making improvements. • Implementing outreach programs to members and providers to facilitate an increase in the number of preventative health services. • Supports the planning and execution of community outreach initiatives which focus on improving the Stars quality scores, improving the overall member experience and improving member health outcomes. • Ensuring quality and performance standards as defined by CMS, BCBSA, BCBST and all accrediting bodies. • Travel about 50% of the time across Tennessee (with flexibility to choose regions) Requirements: • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Public Relations, Marketing/ Advertising, or related field • 2 years - Experience in the healthcare industry required • 1 year - Marketing and/or communications experience required • 1 year - Project management, account management or similar experience required • 1 year - Experience in a member/customer-focused position is required. • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Accuracy and attention to detail • Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong analytical skills Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements Apply tot his job
