About the Role We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Group within the Human Resources Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a compliance or data management role Knowledge of HRIS and EC systems Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
