As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in analyzing documents, extracting relevant data, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our FACIS database. Key Responsibilities Analyze documents to identify relevant data and add it to our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct additional research as necessary, including contacting data authorities for guidance on interpreting documents. Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, articulating data transformation processes in a concise and effective manner. Takes on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Work independently with limited oversight, using provided resources to answer questions and seeking assistance when needed. Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing items within the Data Entry queue in a timely and accurate manner. Required Skills and Abilities To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities: Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, working independently with minimal supervision. Preferred: Healthcare industry experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of data entry and comparison principles.
