Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to customer inquiries via the internet, and resolving non-routine problems related to our client's products or services. Your strong desire to help customers and your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enable you to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls within quality standards and provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone number, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions Answer detailed product questions on the brand, current nameplates, and their performance capabilities Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions Select fulfillment items and complete price and equips statements for consumers Locate dealers following standard dealerization rules and categorize callers to offer appropriate touchpoints Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites and escalate outstanding issues Provide goodwill to customers on behalf of the client within client guidelines Communicate with consumers in written form (email or text chat) regarding products and programs supported Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional questions Invite consumers to attend events and follow critical elements of the call and file handling process Stay current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools Manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and at least six months of customer service experience. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation, and able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. You should also have the ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills, and be dependable with proficient attention to detail. A passion for helping others and a sales or marketing background are also preferred.
