Our purpose is the driving force behind everything we do, and we're committed to building value for our customers, investors, and associates. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that every interaction is positive, professional, and consistent. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing stellar customer service and a positive experience for residents through Frontline and Payment calls * Actively participating in coaching, training, and personal development while visible on camera while working from home * Maintaining shift schedule requirements to ensure phone queue is supported per the associate's schedule * Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner * Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **Work Environment and Schedule** This position will be located out of our San Antonio, TX office. The work schedule is typically four weekdays from 11:15am to 8:30pm EST and Saturdays from 12:00pm to 5:00pm EST.
