**Experienced Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk – Remote Administrative Support**

As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be an integral part of our administrative team, providing essential support to our operations and helping to ensure the smooth running of our business. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including: * Maintaining full knowledge of the IT department structure, including which leaders oversee each team * Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail and internal correspondences throughout the arenaflex campus and satellite locations * Managing postage, mail accounts, and incoming and outgoing mail * Ensuring office supplies and all common areas are stocked, clean, and organized * Setting up IT meetings and removing set up once the meeting convenes * Creating and replacing ID badges for IT employees * Supporting coverage of the reception desk, including answering phones, directing visitors, issuing and deactivating employee and visitor badges * Performing all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures * Complying with arenaflex privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information * Other duties as assigned **Job-Specific Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following competencies: * Consistently demonstrates the Mindsets, arenaflex Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role * Gives attention to detail and follows instruction * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines * Ability to work both independently and within a team environment * Ability to stay organized and multi-task efficiently * Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures * Establishes goals and works toward achievement * Provides prompt and courteous customer service * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Proficiency in typing and data entry **Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need to have: * A High School Diploma / GED * Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge **Physical Requirements** As a Virtual Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you'll be working in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform duties.
