About the Role In this Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative role, you will serve as a Retention Specialist, playing a key role in the growth of our organization. Your primary objective will be to retain customers who are considering canceling their arenaflex services, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend long-term solutions. As a Retention Specialist, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls, acting as an expert to provide award-winning customer experiences that increase brand loyalty and retain customers for the long term.
