Job Overview In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and setting up appointments with key decision-makers. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a set schedule of 30 hours per week, operating within normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday). Key Responsibilities Utilize a targeting list to make phone calls or send emails to potential key decision-makers for our Pure wick product, with the goal of setting up meetings with our National Account Managers. Provide brief introductions of our product, highlighting its benefits and features, and demonstrate follow-up skills to ensure successful meeting setups. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including the Pure wick system, to effectively communicate with clients and decision-makers. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, national account managers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Use basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions to manage data, track progress, and generate reports as required. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, organizational skills, and strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Entry-level experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (training will be provided for the right candidate). Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to decision-makers, with a strong ability to build relationships and generate leads. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Word functions, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. US Citizens or Green Card holders only, due to contractual requirements. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the medical device industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales, or customer service, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
