**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Orthopedic Industry Expert**

As a key member of our customer-facing team, the Experienced Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and internal stakeholders. This dynamic and challenging position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can build strong relationships, navigate complex issues, and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: • Managing difficult customer situations, responding promptly to resolve customer needs, and ensuring timely resolution of issues • Responding to customers and sales team requests for service and assistance, meeting timelines and commitments, and providing proactive solutions to drive customer satisfaction • Receiving orders via phone, fax, or email for orthopedic procedures and entering them into SAP accurately, with a sense of urgency, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery • Synthesizing complex and diverse information to research issues, resolve complaints, and support data requests, demonstrating a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes, competing demands, or unexpected events, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results • Providing vendor set-up information to client hospitals and/or sales representatives, ensuring seamless integration and efficient communication • Within SAP, creating and managing customer account information, pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits, ensuring accurate and timely financial management • Verifying contract pricing and/or charges for services, making adjustments based on complaints concerning billing or services rendered after proper investigation • Completing electronic payment forms, recording change of address notifications, and issuing discontinuance orders, ensuring accurate and timely financial management • Presenting innovative approaches, ideas, and suggestions to improve customer experience and work processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence • Building strong and respectful relationships with customers and sales team, gathering purchase orders in a timely manner, and addressing outstanding surgery cases that have not received purchase orders **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales team, and internal stakeholders • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner • Sharp attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role • The ability to work with a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and time, with a focus on efficiency and productivity • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction • The ability to develop strong working relationships throughout all internal/external levels of the organization, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and autonomously, with a focus on initiative and proactivity • Ability to work in a matrix environment and team structure, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts, and make informed decisions • Demonstrated time management, planning, and organizing skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity • Ability to multi-task on various tasks, with a focus on prioritization and time management • Understanding of orthopedic procedures, with a focus on medical knowledge and expertise • High School Diploma required, with at least 2 years of relevant sales support/data entry/invoicing experience • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products, with a focus on efficiency and productivity • Experience with SAP (strongly preferred) or other major ERP system, with a focus on technical expertise and knowledge **What We Offer:** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: • A dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for growth and development • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off • A competitive salary and bonus structure, with opportunities for advancement and career growth • A collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration • Opportunities for professional development and training, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement • A commitment to work-life balance, with flexible scheduling and remote work options available **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
