Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their employees, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Manage a high volume of incoming calls, using problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Navigate through multiple systems to find solutions and provide accurate information to clients * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes * Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on benefits and products **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong keyboarding and MS Office skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Ability to pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) * Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router * Must be 18 years or older * Must have the ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification (in some instances, a drug test will be required, THC included) **Working for blithequark:** We value our team members and offer a range of benefits and perks designed to enhance your well-being and career growth: * Health, dental, and vision from your first day * Retirement savings * Employee discounts * Career growth opportunities * Paid training * Paid time off * Great work environment **Compensation and Benefits:** * Pay rate: $15/hr in Training and $16/hr in Production * Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and employee discounts * Overtime may be required, with additional compensation for hours worked beyond regular schedule **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for helping others, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
