Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Operations team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health care services. This position requires individuals who are fluent in English and bilingual, with the ability to perform data entry, process Medicare contracts, manage appointments, and verify certification for external producers/agents to be eligible to market Medicare plans. Additionally, you may be required to supplement the background check review and documentation process as needed. Key Responsibilities: Data entry and processing of Medicare contracts Managing appointments and verifying certification for external producers/agents Supplementing the background check review and documentation process as needed Providing exceptional customer service in a transaction-based environment Demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a production environment, with a preference for customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to be empathetic and compassionate in your interactions. A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is required. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in a production environment and customer service experience in a transaction-based environment are highly preferred. Demonstrating your ability to be empathetic and compassionate in your interactions will be an asset in this role. Education A High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience is required for this position. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
