The essential requirements for this position include: High school diploma or GED One or more years of work experience Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (with a schedule provided four weeks in advance) Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods Experience working in a commission-based environment Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions Customer service experience Preferred qualifications include a strong track record of sales performance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission.
