Job Overview This remote Customer Service Coordinator role is responsible for handling customer service functions for all assigned lines, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and coworkers. While this position is advertised as remote, candidates residing near our office hub locations will be required to adhere to a hybrid work schedule, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office from Tuesday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities Receive and resolve order issues from external parties in a professional and timely manner, utilizing knowledge, experience, and research to communicate effectively with internal and external groups. Update orders in the order system as necessary, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Review the dashboard for alerts on a daily (hourly) basis, escalating unresolved issues to appropriate parties, including Business Managers, Customer Managers, and Customer Service Specialists/Supervisors. Perform resolution procedures outlined in static help files, investigating rules engine failures, and determining the appropriate course of action. Maintain client/customer criteria for handling orders, updating and maintaining current information on prices, and ensuring timely notification to the Sales Data Coordinator. Responsible for filing documents according to arenaflex policy, maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and coworkers. Assist with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) as applicable, maintaining inventory data, entering orders, and managing the CRP order process through delivery. Perform special assignments for the company, branch, or department as needed, meeting physical requirements and other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree, with formal Customer Service Training preferred. Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience, with one year of food broker experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with others. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), data/order entry, and software, with technical skills in the Becton System. Ability to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, and copier, with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
