About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily and providing them with a personalized and friendly shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program. You will also be expected to maintain our high standards for store appearance, working around the store (inside and out) to ensure that every area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming shopping experience Operate the register, process transactions, and handle customer payments Make purchase suggestions and recommendations to customers Work with our food program, preparing and serving food and beverages to customers Maintain our high standards for store appearance, working around the store to ensure that every area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Interact with many customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide a high level of service to our customers. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team, taking direction from management and contributing to the overall success of the store.
