Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes. You will also be responsible for obtaining new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone, delivering and picking up products, and maintaining an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes Obtain new rental orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone Deliver and pick up products, following all handling and transportation procedures and keeping vehicles clean and properly maintained Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, including refurbishing merchandise to like new condition and keeping the showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and have a valid state driver's license and good driving record. You will also need to have great communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
