Your Impact As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team, providing exceptional customer support to our clients via telephone, email, and instant message. You'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Providing Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues. Troubleshooting and Escalation : Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and escalate to the appropriate resource when necessary. Documentation and Tracking : Accurately document and track inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues. Customer Information Management : Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information. Quality and Performance : Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. Guidance and Mentoring : Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. Other Related Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll need: Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Age : 18 years of age or older. Customer Service Skills : Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction. Typing Speed : Typing 25 WPM. PC Operation and Navigation : Proficient in PC operation and navigation. People Skills : Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others. Independence and Teamwork : Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Communication Skills : Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Adaptability : Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. Composure and Objectivity : Ability to stay composed and objective. Listening Skills : Strong listening skills. Remote Work : Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
