Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Make policy changes, answer billing questions, and offer recommendations to customers Utilize computer software to access customer information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Solid computer and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Must commute to 2320 Landon Rd, North Liberty, IA 52317 Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience Experience working in a call center environment Knowledge of insurance industry or related field Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At GEICO, we invest in our associates' growth and development.
