**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Sales, Product Expertise, and Customer Success in Renewable Energy and Agtech**

About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Gibraltar, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed expectations, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our sales, shipping, and production teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or in-person, providing order and delivery status updates, addressing stock issues, and resolving service-related concerns. Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions. Order Processing: Process EDI, emailed, faxed, phoned, and written sales orders, as well as daily load shipments, LTL orders, and Return Authorizations (RMAs). Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines to provide recommendations and technical advice to customers. Sales Growth: Make proactive outside phone calls to prospective customers, cultivate strong relationships, and work towards achieving sales goals and objectives. Team Collaboration: Work with the outside sales team, customer service representatives, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Perform daily receiving, archive POD paperwork, and maintain accurate records. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and resolve complex issues. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to work in a team environment. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Familiarity with agtech, renewable energy, or related industries. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or a sales-related role. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications.
