As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional assistance and support via phone, text, chat, and written communications. You will troubleshoot issues related to our consumer products, identify and analyze consumer concerns, and provide alternative solutions to ensure problems are resolved. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming phone calls, text, chat, and respond to written communications in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to our consumer products, identify and analyze consumer concerns, and provide alternative solutions to ensure problems are resolved. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Provide information, support, and guidance to consumers while maintaining superior customer service etiquette. Managing Multiple Responsibilities: Prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities, completing assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner. Documentation and Data Capture: Fully, accurately, and immediately document all telephone calls in our CRM system, using correct grammar and making appropriate word choices in written communication and data capture. Collaboration and Teamwork: Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, listen with an open mind, and understand differences in communication style, adjusting as necessary to maintain workplace harmony. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with staff from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection, with the goal of gathering information, problem-solving, and diffusing difficult callers. Professional Behavior: Ability to maintain professional behavior in stressful situations. Technical Skills: Ability to navigate between several computer screens (e.g., CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools.
