Job Summary As a Senior Coupa Application Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance for the entire Coupa Suite, Coupa APIs, and SAP S4Hana. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to launch new project upgrades, enhancements, and provide functionality support and maintenance. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Coupa Application Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: Business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low complexity applications using established processes and procedures Estimating and assessing the impact of requested changes to assigned business systems and/or platforms Guiding workflow design, configuring and testing system changes, and analyzing technical issues Developing new processes and procedures in partnership with leadership and business teams Creating and maintaining technical documentation Contributing to peer design and code reviews Identifying issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and working to resolve them Creating and maintaining system documentation Liaising with business systems stakeholders and software vendor's implementation staff to ensure alignment of business needs with the delivery of system changes Developing an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization's workflows; proactively identifying opportunities to improve business workflow with technology improvements Helping to develop, document, and participate in trainings and working with end users Troubleshooting problems and questions and providing regular updates on status Providing end-user production support for issues entered into issue tracking systems Reviewing the status of projects and issues with project leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience with enterprise application support, Coupa, source-to-pay, SAP, and S4Hana Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a cross-functional and complex matrix environment The ability to be adaptable, open to change, and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote capacity and providing support and maintenance for large-scale enterprise applications Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in source-to-pay and enterprise application support Certifications in Coupa, SAP, or other relevant technologies Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights and recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously The ability to be adaptable and flexible, with a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
