Job Overview The Senior Director, Account Management EMEA plays a key role in our Go-to-Market organization, managing specific accounts on a day-to-day basis and responsible for developing, nurturing, and retaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate a clear understanding of clients' businesses, their objectives, strategies, and industries, and support the development of portfolio/sector strategies. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, ensuring coverage of comprehensive buyer personas and developing sustainable and profitable strategic account plans. Develop and execute account plans that address whitespace planning, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities, and ensure financial KPIs (revenue, new business signings, gross margin) are met. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value and profitable solutions to clients, and leverage expertise and communication skills to speak at forums both internally and externally. Proactively manage risks, mitigate financial, competitive, and technological threats, and achieve exceptional client satisfaction by fulfilling all contractual obligations and providing tailored solutions to address client needs. Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities and make informed recommendations to clients, and assist in developing and executing portfolio and sector growth strategies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in account management or client relationship management roles, preferably within the BPO or Technology services industry. Proven experience in managing teams and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies. Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and a strong understanding of the EMEA region's business landscape and cultural nuances. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a global organization with a diverse client base, and a strong network of contacts within the EMEA region. Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in customer experience and account management, with the ability to implement them for client needs. Experience in managing large, complex accounts, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Fluency in multiple languages, with English being the primary language of communication.
