Finzly SME Consultant Location: Miami, FL (Remote) Contract Job Review: The Finzly Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in advising our clients on best practices for the architecture, configuration, and implementation of the Finzly application. The consultant will leverage their expertise to guide clients through the migration process from legacy systems, ensuring a seamless transition while optimizing the use of Finzly’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for transitioning to the Finzly platform. • Provide expert advice on the best practices for Finzly architecture, configuration, and implementation.• Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Assist clients in migrating customers from legacy applications, ensuring minimal disruption to service. • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate client teams on Finzly functionalities and best practices. • Evaluate current processes and systems, recommending enhancements to optimize the use of Finzly. • Work closely with the client’s IT and business teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase. • Document all processes and configurations for future reference and training. • Stay up-to-date with Finzly updates and industry trends to provide the latest insights and advice. Qualifications: • Proven experience with the Finzly platform, including architecture, configuration, and implementation. • Minimum 3 years' experience with Wire and ACH processes and legacy application migration strategies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
