About the Role As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing real-time transactions on our website for suspicious fraudulent activity, minimizing losses and ensuring the security of our guests' information. You will collaborate with our team to identify changing fraud trends, present new strategies to prevent unauthorized activity, and work closely with peers, leaders, internal business partners, and external partners on special projects that expand fraud knowledge and skills. Your expertise will be invaluable in pioneering process updates and ensuring that our systems and processes are secure and efficient. Key Responsibilities Develop expertise within the Fraud Prevention domain, processing orders in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner through critical thinking and attention to detail. Consistently deliver strong productivity metrics through ever-changing processes and leadership initiatives beyond baseline expectations. Initiate new strategies and collaborate with partners to identify and propose solutions to problems with current systems and processes. Provide on-phone customer service to guests to confirm website activity and resolve any issues that may arise. Understand risk in the context of its role and escalate identified issues as applicable. Collaborate with the team to identify changing fraud trends and present new strategies to prevent unauthorized activity. Work closely with peers, leaders, internal business partners, and external partners on special projects that expand fraud knowledge and skills. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED; a four-year degree or equivalent experience is desired. 1+ years of customer service experience, with proven superior verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional manner, show empathy, and deescalate as needed. Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, verify and confirm website activity, and identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues. Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, threat prevention, or a related field. Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems. Certifications in cybersecurity, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
