You will manage and develop relationships with executives and clients through a consultative, customer-focused, and business approach. Your expertise in online media, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape how new and existing businesses grow. **Key Responsibilities** * Grow advertising business through clear, data-driven POVs, and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives. * Manage and develop relationships with executives and clients through a consultative, customer-focused, and business approach. * Deliver a clear POV to help inform clients' marketing plans through the funnel and across multiple products. * Partner with external and internal teams to identify opportunities and develop business plans. * Perform project management on initiatives across a variety of stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 11 years of experience in digital sales, digital media, or digital marketing. * Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV), and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising. * Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives and manage multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders. * Ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision makers. * Ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business for the customer and arenaflex. * Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of online media and digital advertising. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear, data-driven recommendations. * Strong project management skills, with experience driving projects to successful outcomes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Strong business acumen, with experience developing and executing business plans. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
