You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will help you navigate complex customer scenarios, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery * Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized solutions to their problems * Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently and effectively * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety * Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are accurately processed and stored **Physical Demands and Work Environment** * Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Go up and down stairs (where applicable) * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **What it's like at arenaflex's Amazon Locker+ locations** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment. * Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. * Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
