**Experienced Client Account Manager for Large Customer Sales in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)**

We're now seeking an exceptional Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. This is an incredible opportunity to work with top brands and agencies, driving marketing success on our fast-growing platform. **About the Role:** As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our CPG clients, working closely with our Client Partners to execute campaign launches, deliver insightful optimizations, and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for managing internal account operations, educating brands and media agencies on our value proposition, and consulting clients on their marketing objectives. Your expertise will be essential in crafting thoughtful and creative media plans that meet and exceed client goals. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals, ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization. * Execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners. * Manage internal account operations, including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues, to ensure timely and accurate results. * Educate brands and media agencies on our value proposition, best practices, and industry trends, effectively communicating the benefits of partnering with arenaflex. * Consult clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans. * Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery, resolving any technical hurdles and ensuring seamless execution. * Recognize and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth. * Proactively identify areas of improvement, continually refining processes and strategies to drive success. **Required Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, with a strong background in CPG client experience. * Solid understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem, with a keen eye for analyzing data and identifying opportunities. * Comfortable with problems of diverse scope, where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and creative problem-solving. * Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners, with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making. * Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges, with a passion for driving results. * Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including brands, agencies, and media companies. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility. * High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. * Proficiency in Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting. * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * 401k matching, with a strong focus on retirement savings and financial security. * Workspace benefits for your home office, including a dedicated workspace and necessary equipment. * Personal and professional development funds, with a strong focus on continuous learning and growth. * Family planning support, including parental leave and adoption assistance. * Flexible vacation and Reddit Global Days Off, with a focus on work-life balance and employee well-being. * 4+ months paid parental leave, with a strong commitment to supporting new parents. * Paid volunteer time off, with a focus on community engagement and social responsibility. **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
