UX Researcher - Bokun

Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for improving the user experience of Bokun. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to implement user-centered design solutions. Monitor and track user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and inform future design decisions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry and market trends to inform user research and design strategies. Communicate research insights and recommendations to stakeholders and advocate for the user's perspective in decision-making processes. Continuously evaluate and improve the research process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in driving product improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in user research and UX design. Act as a champion for user-centered design principles and promote a user-centric culture within the company.
