Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Airport Customer Service Agent to join our team at Ontario International Airport. As a Frontline Ambassador for arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities As an Airport Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolving issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items. Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Handling customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism, providing solutions to their queries and concerns. Performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items of up to 70 pounds regularly, and repetitively lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications: Be a local (in-state) resident. Hold a High School diploma or equivalent. Have a valid In-State Driver's License. Pass a pre-employment drug screen. Pass up to a 10-year background check. Be at least 18 years of age. Have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security. Be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs. Be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Knowledge of airport operations and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
