[Remote] Client Success Specialist

The Client Success Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting customer satisfaction and business opportunities through product demonstrations and solution optimization. Responsibilities Support existing IDS Marine customers by providing product walkthroughs, best-practice guidance, and solution optimization Take on and support customer projects as assigned by the Director of Marine Dealer Relations, including special initiatives, targeted dealer engagements, and follow-up work to ensure successful Conduct technical and functional demos for prospective dealers, with an emphasis on IDS Marine's products and services; including accounting, parts, service, sales, CRM and leadership insights Financial workflows, and operational efficiency Assist Sales and Relationship Managers during discovery sessions to understand dealer processes and requirements Translate dealer business needs into clear IDS Marine solution positioning Skills Experience in Marine dealership operations Strong understanding of dealership accounting, financial workflows, and back-office processes Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, dealer-friendly language Comfortable leading demos, discovery conversations, and assigned customer initiatives Collaborative, dealer-first mindset Benefits Medical Dental Vision Basic life insurance Short/long term disability 401(k) participation (with company match) Prorated number of days off, including vacation , sick and holidays Company Overview WineFetch is an e-commerce and marketing platform for the retail wine and spirits industry It was founded in 2004, and is headquartered in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
