[Remote] GTMS Customer Service Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bank of Hope is seeking a GTMS Customer Service Specialist to provide support to Global Treasury Management Solutions customers. The role involves professional communication and customer service skills, assisting both customers and bank employees with GTMS product support and back office activities. Responsibilities Provide telephone and email support to Global Treasury Management Solutions customers Professional communication and customer service skills for both telephone and email support Provide GTMS product support for front line staff and other bank employees Support back office GTMS activities and processes Remote Deposit installations Participate in department projects as needed Block entry Skills Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma Minimum Job Experience: One to two years previous administrative, clerical, or banking experience Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements Language requirements: English – Written/Verbal: Intermediate, – Korean – Written/Verbal: Intermediate desirable Computer/software skills: Basic Level for Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the telephone Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work under pressure and meet processing deadlines Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer complaints and department workflow Ability to learn quickly, retain and apply knowledge to new situation Benefits Bonus Benefits Company Overview Bank of Hope is a banking institution with offices across the US.
