Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Scheduler (BLANK AST 3)
The University of California, Davis is seeking an Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Scheduler to provide administrative and programmatic support to the undergraduate program and advisors. This role involves course scheduling, enrollment management, and event planning, along with managing office administration and outreach activities. Responsibilities 70% - Course Scheduling and Enrollment Management 20% - Outreach and Event Planning 10% - Undergraduate Academic Program Support Skills Experience with course scheduling, enrollment management, submission of grades, and classroom logistics. Experience using University related information systems related to course scheduling, course management, and student information systems Experience with logistics of event planning including room reservations, coordinating rentals, and organizing catering Experience identifying students experiencing academic difficulty, in crisis and determining appropriate level of advising or referral to support services and counseling center. Experience serving as a liaison between students, staff and faculty in a degree-oriented program at the university/college level to address, solve and streamline academic needs and concerns of students, instructors and departments Experience developing informational materials, creating reports, and answering correspondence with attention to grammar, proofreading and spelling.
