Associate Product Manager

They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to collaborate with various teams to deliver solutions for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and the company's long-term product strategy. Responsibilities Focus on key accounts and integrations Maintain a clear, prioritized list of key account needs for product enhancements and integrations Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and key customers to gather, clarify, and refine requirements determining the "why" behind each request Translate customer needs into structured solutions, documenting assumptions, constraints, data flows, and requirements Support integration scoping by working with customers and Engineering to understand APIs, data mappings, and system behaviors, then document them in clear, accessible language Collaborate with Engineering and project management to ensure scoped work is realistic, broken into small testable increments, and aligned with agreed timelines Track deadlines and commitments for key accounts, escalate risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, milestones, and design decisions Ask probing questions to uncover root problems and reframing requests into clear problem statements Identify "quick win" approaches using existing FMX capabilities, and flag when product changes are truly needed Propose strategic changes that serve multiple key accounts at once, focusing on improvements with broad impact Build internal documentation, playbooks, and templates that make solution design, integration scoping, and key‑account support more consistent and scalable Support pre‑sales conversations by helping Sales and Solutions articulate what is possible, what is not, and what would require new product work Skills The ability to draw on previous experience in customer or internal stakeholder facing roles in order to effectively scope projects, clarify requirements, and deliver on commitments Experience communicating with professional poise to quickly build rapport with customers and prospects in order to represent the brand clearly and confidently while leading calls Demonstrates a deep customer curiosity by investigating the 'why' behind a customer request in order to turn feedback into well defined problem statements Maintains a strong technical curiosity or familiarity regarding APIs and data structures, with an interest in understanding how complex systems and integrations fit together Actively embraces modern productivity tools and AI to streamline workflows, analyze information, and improve communication. Approaches customer requests through structured problem solving, using a step-by-step approach to identify root causes and dependencies to propose realistic, actionable solutions rather than open ended ideas Manages projects and deadlines with precision, balancing multiple customer commitments, solution efforts, and integrations while working in close partnership with project management Exhibits creativity within existing constraints, finding innovative ways to use current platform configurations before pursuing new development Upholds meticulous attention to detail when documenting requirements, assumptions, edge cases, and success metrics in SOWs and integration scopes Thrives in a highly collaborative environment, navigating diverse perspectives across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering to reach a unified recommendation A match with our core pillars: Teamwork, Excellence, and Integrity Benefits 100% company-paid health, dental, vision, long and short term disability, and life insurance Home office stipend: We'll give you everything necessary to do your job (company-sponsored laptop, headset, etc.).
