Key Responsibilities Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services via online chat, addressing customer needs and promoting our clients' offerings. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing lead generation opportunities. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling available after completion of training. Be able to attend 5 weeks of training, Monday - Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development. Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and career advancement. Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred, and have strong data entry skills.
