Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their project. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence in every interaction Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D. Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred) Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Must be able to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment Familiarity with lead and workflow management systems Knowledge of the home improvement industry, with a understanding of customer needs and expectations Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in every interaction Ability to adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
