About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a customer service specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating service appointments, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing service appointments. Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring efficient dispatch and management of schedules for last-minute changes or emergencies. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Organize documents, invoices, and client records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Process customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing. Assist in the setup and implementation of ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software, contributing to the company's growth and innovation. Contribute to additional tasks to support the company's growth and development, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a strong understanding of daily office operations and customer service principles. Experience in a similar industry, such as plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services, is highly preferred, with familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials. Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a cloud-based CRM, such as Jobber, HouseCall Pro, or SingleOps, is a plus, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Must pass a background check, with a clean and stable work history. Technical Requirements To perform this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Desktop or Laptop with webcam and speakers, and a second monitor, with a stable and reliable internet connection. Operating System must be Windows or Mac based, with a minimum of 8gb RAM. Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible, with a strong preference for a dedicated desktop or laptop computer. Supportable internet speeds and router easily accessible from your workspace, with a strong and stable internet connection. Position Details This is a remote, full-time position, with the following details: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST, with a strong commitment to working core hours and meeting deadlines. 40 hours per week, with a strong focus on work-life balance and employee well-being. Required Education: High school or equivalent, with a strong preference for post-secondary education or certification in a related field.
