Your primary responsibilities will include: Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve issues and provide solutions Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues Continuously improving our customer service processes and procedures to ensure we're delivering the best possible experience for our pet parents What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a strong problem-solving mindset Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a positive impact Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of pet care or pharmacy operations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues Customer service skills: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution Technical skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and other customer service platforms Time management skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.
