You will also support the preparation of files for the transfer review process. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough evaluations of applicant information, taking into account academic criteria, extracurricular activities, personal essays, letters of recommendation, and other relevant materials. Consider the context and background of each applicant to provide a holistic assessment. Support the preparation of files for the transfer review process, ensuring that all necessary materials are accurately compiled and reviewed. Meet weekly numerical targets for files read and adhere to strict deadlines. Maintain utmost confidentiality and professionalism regarding the application review process and applicant information. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Strong analytical and reading skills, with the ability to interpret complex information. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. The ability to work independently and ask questions when necessary. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism. A reliable computer and internet connection, as well as a dedicated workspace for file review.
