The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing direct care to individuals with MH/IDD and be committed to delivering exceptional support and care. Key Responsibilities Provide assisted daily living skills to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential/group home setting. Ensure the proper care of consumers is applied, promoting their well-being and safety. Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the client and regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Direct care experience working with individuals with MH/IDD. A current Physical/TB screening (within the last year). CPR/First Aid Certification. A PA State Criminal Background check. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having additional qualifications and skills can enhance your candidacy: Previous experience in a group home or residential setting. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
