Position at a Glance: Company: Workwarp Position: Lead ADAS Test Operator - Tesla Careers Location: Remote (with occasional travel to local or international destinations) Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities: As a Lead ADAS Test Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating local testing efforts, troubleshooting, and incident reporting. Your primary responsibilities will include: Driving Local Testing Efforts: Constantly drive and support local testing efforts to ensure smooth operations and efficient testing processes. Data Collection and Analysis: Support the data collection effort to improve vehicle performance and analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Real-Time Support: Provide real-time on-site support, proactively resolving any roadblocks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Training and Development: Provide training to local personnel on step changes between software iterations and lead actual-world testing according to test specifications. Troubleshooting and Incident Reporting: Analyze test data, triage software issues and atypical vehicle behaviors using Tesla in-house designed proprietary software tools, and report incidents as needed. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with developers, test engineers, and other stakeholders, and be on-call for questions and comments as necessary. Fleet Management: Maintain and record fleet conditions, and coordinate repairs and retrofits as necessary. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Smooth Driving Record: A clean driving record and safe driving conduct are essential for this role. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills are required to analyze test data and identify areas for improvement. Communication Skills: Superb written and spoken English are necessary for effective communication with stakeholders. Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, mainly operating expertise, familiarity with MacOS, Linux, and Windows, as well as strong MS Office capabilities. Command Line Interface: Command Line Interface experience is required for this role. ADAS Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of ADAS and their sensors is essential for this role. Electrical Vehicle Systems: Strong knowledge of electrical vehicle systems and how they work, as well as strong troubleshooting skills, are desired. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment. Mission Management: Mission management and/or fleet operations experience is favored.
