Job Summary We're looking for an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Tesla Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with our Internal Body Shop and Customer Claim Specialists to ensure efficient and effective communication, coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities Work Scheduling Maintenance: Coordinate and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks. Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop: Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Vehicle Arrival Preparation: Prepare vehicles for arrival, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are readily available. WARP and CCC Management Arrival: Manage and coordinate vehicle arrivals, utilizing WARP and CCC systems to ensure efficient processing. Customer Communication and Expectation: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and managing expectations in a professional and empathetic manner. Rental Coordination and Handoff: Coordinate rental services, ensuring smooth handoffs and minimizing disruptions to customers. Vehicle Reputation Updates: Provide timely updates on vehicle status, ensuring accurate information is communicated to customers and internal stakeholders. Material and Components Reordering: Manage inventory and reorder materials and components as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Repair Overview and Delivery: Oversee repair processes, ensuring timely completion and delivery of vehicles to customers. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 18 years of age. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational school certificate in Collision Repair or related field preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and the public. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in WARP and CCC systems preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and vendors. Independence: Ability to work independently in a constrained supervision environment, with minimal guidance. Preferred Qualifications: Collision Repair Experience: Experience working in a collision repair environment, with knowledge of industry practices and procedures.
