Osaic is a company in the financial services sector, and they are seeking a Transitions Onboarding Consultant to support new Financial Professionals moving their existing business to Osaic. The role involves delivering a seamless onboarding experience and requires a thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process. Responsibilities Advisor-facing transition consulting for all channels including Empowered Independence Repapering & asset movement execution across all channels/Tiers Cross-functional partnership and optimization Data gathering, forms preparation & submission; monitoring account transfers (in person and virtually) NIGO (Not in Good Order) paperwork monitoring & resolution impacting asset movement Troubleshoot and escalate any transition related issues Look for ways to improve & expedite the asset movement process Skills Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required SIE/S7 or S99 required within 12 months Previous Financial/Transition experience 1-3 Years Thorough understanding of the account opening and transfer process Some transition experience High level of technical knowledge Detail oriented Exceptional communication skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously Industry Licenses such as SIE, series 6, 7, 65, 66, or 24/26 licenses Previous work experience in financial services Benefits Health, vision, dental insurance 401k Paid time away Volunteer days Company Overview Osaic provides the support, resources, and community designed for the future of wealth management.
