Key Responsibilities: Driving Success through Social Media Research and Investigative Support Conduct thorough research on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, to gather pertinent information for investigative purposes. Prepare and modify various documents, such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails, to ensure accurate and timely communication. Review files and records to obtain necessary information and respond to requests efficiently. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Conduct background investigations and handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion. Conduct verification via phone and other means as necessary. Essential Qualifications and Skills: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you must possess: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal English and grammar skills. The ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a keen eye for detail and organization. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to learn quickly. Good customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively. A willingness to cross-train on inter-departmental tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
